The discovery ($500)

Prepaid at booking via Stripe. Deliverable = the measured report and a working session; findings are the findings, including "your recall runs." You authorize the test records in writing first; excluded channels stay excluded. Reschedule by replying to your confirmation email.

Refunds

Full refund before the probe window starts. Once measurement begins, we complete and deliver it.

Builds

Quoted in writing after discovery under their own signed scope; "from $2,500" is a published floor, not a quote.

Honest limits

We measure and improve recall flow. We don't guarantee rebook rates or revenue — nobody honest can — which is why before/after measurements go in writing instead of promises.

The boring rest
