How we measure

Whether your recall runs is a measurable fact.

Every practice believes it "does recall." Measured — what an overdue patient actually receives, when, through which channels, how many times — the answers spread from a working system to a rumor.

The four axes

Self-reported first, measured second

The free score is what you tell us, labeled as that. The $500 discovery measures the flow itself: with your permission, we place test patient records at realistic points in your recall pipeline — freshly due, three months overdue, long-lapsed — and log everything each one receives over the window: every touch, its channel, its timing, its rebooking path, timestamped at the source. You get the measured flow beside your self-reported one. Practices are usually surprised in one specific way: the software was "doing recall" into channels nobody checks.
